Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily operations of a tax credit residential property
• Ensure compliance with all LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) regulations
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor services
• Maintain accurate records and prepare required reports
• Ensure high standards of customer service

Qualifications:

• 1 years experience with HUD and tax credit/LIHTC properties
• Experience with RealPage software
• Strong knowledge of affordable housing regulations and compliance
• Excellent communication organizational and leadership skills
