Job Summary
Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Stores Incharge to manage end-to-end store operations in a manufacturing setup dealing with sheet metal components hardware and finished goods. The role requires strong control over inventory inward/outward processes and coordination with production and procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations (raw material WIP finished goods)
- Maintain accurate inventory records (ERP/manual systems)
- Handle GRN inward & outward material movement
- Ensure proper material storage identification & FIFO compliance
- Coordinate with production purchase & dispatch teams
- Conduct regular stock audits & reconciliation
- Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and raise requisitions
- Ensure proper documentation & reporting
- Supervise store staff and ensure discipline & efficienc
- Experience in sheet metal / fabrication / manufacturing company
- Strong understanding of inventory management & store processes
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Tally / others)
- Good knowledge of materials hardware and consumables
- Ability to handle high-volume material movement.
