We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead and build our service department from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily service operations
- Manage technicians advisors and support staff
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor KPIs productivity and profitability
- Ensure efficient workflow and scheduling
Requirements:
- Previous Service Manager experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Dealership experience required (Honda preferred)
