Regional Wellness Director (RN)

We are now hiring a Regional Wellness Director (RN) Full-time (32 hours per week) to join our Nursing team as a clinical leader at our exclusive Senior Living organization. The Regional Wellness Director (RN) is required to frequently travel to our Senior Living communities across Massachusetts Connecticut and New Hampshire providing support to nursing wellness teams throughout Bridges Memory Care and Assisted Living services. This position oversees the effective implementation and coordination of resident care ensuring adherence to best practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with family members physicians health service agencies and hospital liaisons as necessary.
• The Director participates in on boarding new wellness team members evaluates and supervises staff within the nursing department and assists with regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Will need cover vacant Resident Care Director positions until that position is filled.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess valid RN licensure in the State of Connecticut. Eventually MA and NH licensure will be required.
• A minimum of three years experience in Assisted Living is required.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities staff management and supervisory skills are essential.
• Experience in Memory Care Assisted Living and dementia care is strongly preferred.
• Applicants should be systems-oriented highly organized and exhibit robust clinical expertise.
• Familiarity with Assisted Living Regulations in MA CT and NH is necessary.
