Were looking for a sharp data-driven problem solver to join our Finance team in Madrid and work at the core of one of the most critical areas of the business: Payments.
This is not a traditional payments role. Instead youll act as the analytical engine behind how we optimize performance across markets improve conversion and unlock better user experiences globally.
Youll work hand-in-hand with Product Tech and Finance turning data into decisions and driving real impact at scale. If you enjoy breaking down complex problems spotting patterns and influencing strategy through data this is for you.

About the position

• Own the analysis of payment performance across markets: identify trends inefficiencies and opportunities to improve conversion and user experience.
• Turn data into actionable insights that directly impact revenue and customer experience.
• Work closely with Product and Tech teams to define test and iterate on improvements in payment flows.
• Monitor key KPIs and build a clear narrative around performance and business impact.
• Support the rollout of new payment methods and providers from a performance and user perspective.
• Participate in the negotiation and management of high-impact multi-million euro contracts with payment providers directly influencing company economics.
• Act as a bridge between technical and business teams ensuring alignment and clarity.

About you

• 13 years of experience in consulting analytics strategy or similar roles.
• Strong analytical mindset: youre comfortable working with data spotting patterns and solving ambiguous problems.
• Structured thinker with great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills: you can translate complex analysis into clear impactful messages.
• Proactive curious and eager to take ownership.
• Very high level of English.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL Excel or BI tools (Tableau Looker etc.).
• Exposure to digital businesses marketplaces or fintech/payments.
• Interest in topics like conversion optimization fraud or user experience.
