As Cluster II&S CFCi Lead you will serve as the primary analytics and insights partner to sales leadership across the I4G Europe Clusters and VMG organization delivering the data reporting and performance measurement capabilities that enable Customer Facing Colleague (CFC) teams to operate at full effectiveness. This role is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of CFC insights - from reporting solutions and KPI tracking to CFC training and data stewardship - while partnering closely with the II&S and AI Lead CFE Lead Business Operations Partner and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure insights are embedded into the broader go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
Role Responsibilities
CFC Reporting & Performance Measurement
Lead the delivery of robust standardized CFC reporting and data solutions (e.g. SMART) to Sales Leaders CFC teams and Category leadership covering key executional and field force / effectiveness metrics.
Ensure timely accurate delivery of CFC and brand KPIs across the dimensions of sales performance execution and effectiveness in partnership with the CFE Lead and via platform solutions.
Maintain accuracy of geographical assignment data and account / rep targeting data in operational and data stewardship systems.
Directly inform the roadmap for and enhancements of CFC reporting and stewardship solutions through a deep understanding of local market dynamics CFC KPI needs and evolving data trends.
Insight Generation & Stakeholder Partnership
Serve as the primary II&S relationship manager to local sales leaders across countries within the Europe Clusters acting as the SME for CFC data and analytics.
In partnership with the CFE Lead proactively identify and communicate insights on CFC performance translating data into clear actionable recommendations for commercial and sales leadership.
Partner closely with senior country and cluster Commercial Sales Leadership to understand business priorities and align CFC analytics activity to key strategic decisions and GTM planning.
Work with fellow II&S & CFCi colleagues and broader Commercial Excellence & AI teams to ensure CFC insights are incorporated into the overall GTM strategy.
Requirements & Change Management
Lead requirements gathering and change management for reporting solutions including response to major change events (e.g. new product approvals launches) and emerging needs driven by regular business dynamics.
Solicit field input via focus groups or other structured feedback mechanisms to ensure reporting solutions remain relevant and fit for purpose.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Ensure strong proactive partnership with cross-functional stakeholders including the CFE Lead Pfizer Digital Business Partner GCA and GOSC to provision and maintain reporting and analytics solutions.
Collaborate across Commercial Excellence & AI verticals on the delivery of advanced analytics to assess CFC effectiveness including predictive modeling data science and machine learning as needed.
CFC Training & Capability
Proactively deliver CFC analytics training to ensure sales teams have the understanding and capability to optimally leverage CFC-facing reporting tools to the expected level of proficiency.
Required Skills and Experience
General Requirements
Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Statistics Mathematics Economics Engineering or Data Science).
Extensive progressive multi-disciplinary experience with preference for exposure to business analytics marketing finance engineering or a related quantitative field.
Demonstrated experience across analytics capabilities including data analytics reporting & visualization and customer analysis.
Ability to act as a strategic partner to commercial leadership with a capacity to quickly establish relationships of trust and credibility.
Demonstrated business acumen and an innovative agile mindset; self-starter with the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English required.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry in European Markets.
Power user experience with Tableau Power BI and/or Excel for data visualization and reporting.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical data sources such as IQVIA MIDAS or local market equivalents.
Agile self-directed and comfortable leading through ambiguity in a cluster-led operating model.
Stakeholder Management
This role interacts regularly with cross-functional internal stakeholders across the I4G Europe Clusters including the II&S and AI Leads CFE Leads Sales Leadership Business Operations Partners Pfizer Digital and Global Business Solutions (GBS). It also collaborates with Global Commercial Analytics & AI (GCA) teams responsible for CFC reporting infrastructure and customer data stewardship as well as fellow II&S colleagues embedded across the cluster.
