Supervisory Responsibilities

Functional Areas of Responsibility
- Leads the design of enterprise learning solutions
- Serves as learning consultant to business leaders
- Delivers engaging training content
- Influences learning strategy and delivery models
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Partner with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather requirements source content and ensure technical accuracy of training materials.
- Design develop and deliver both online and in-person training with supporting materials such as:
- eLearning modules and microlearning
- instructor-led slide decks and facilitator guides
- workbooks checklists and quick reference guides
- scenario-based activities and knowledge validation
- Apply adult learning principles to make training relevant and engaging.
- Lead endâtoâend learning solutions aligned to business priorities including Austins career development program.
- Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple training projects.
- Collect and analyze learner feedback and performance data to continuously improve training effectiveness and clarity.
- Build and maintain a reusable content library that includes templates graphics and style guides).
- Define success metrics for training effectiveness.
- Provide administrative support with Austins Learning Management System (LMS).
- Perform additional duties assigned as needed.
