Were hiring a Primary Care Physician in Palm Beach Florida who wants more time with patients smaller panels and the ability to earn $300K in year one without RVU pressure.

Youll step into an outpatient role focused on preventive primary care for adults 65. Youll manage chronic conditions emphasize quality outcomes and work in a value-based care model designed to support thoughtful medicine. Youll practice alongside a fully integrated team including NP/PAs MAs social workers lab pharmacy and referral support.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $235000$270000
Annual bonus: 20% of base
