- Are you able to track sales leads coordinating quotes with sales packs providing customer service and managing customer accounts

As ourHead of Service Sales you willbe responsible foridentifyingdevelopment opportunities in sales management and pricing contributing to both short- and long-term business this role you will drive the pricing process and support the development of pricing-related tools while guiding and collaborating with Area andFront Lineteams to enhance pricing excellence and profitability.
You will play a key role in global pricing and sales management initiatives contributing to the roadmap that supports strategicobjectivesand ensuring the successful deployment of pricing strategies and key programs. Additionally you will support the creation of pricing concepts and lead analytics projects focused on pricing and sales development.
Working closely with cross-functional teams you will drive the development and implementation of sales management routines ensure effective and consistent use of CRM systems globally and contribute to building a strong sales management learning path. You will also foster active collaboration with global teams to develop new processes tools and growth opportunities that strengthen overall business performance.
What do you need to be successful:
- Bachelors degree in finance economics marketing industrial engineering or related
- 5 years as a Key Account Manager Business Developer or Sales Manager with data analytics background in an Elevator and Escalator company or a Maintenance related company
- Demonstrated knowledge analyzing markets and offers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English/ Spanish
- Proficiency in SAP Power BI or Tableau and Salesforce is a must
- Willingness to travel up to 70%
