We are looking for a strategic and highly organized Digital Media Manager to act as the bridge between our clients and our internal execution teams. You will be responsible for translating client business goals into actionable digital media strategies overseeing campaign lifecycles and nurturing long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Conduct regular status meetings presentations and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
Deeply understand the clients industry competitors and business challenges to provide proactive recommendations.
2. Strategic Planning & ExecutionDevelop comprehensive multi-channel digital media plans (Paid Social Search Display Programmatic and Influencer Marketing).
Collaborate with creative and technical teams to ensure campaigns are executed on time and aligned with brand voice.
Manage client budgets effectively ensuring optimal ROI and accurate billing/reconciliation.
3. Analytics & ReportingAnalyze campaign data to derive meaningful insights rather than just reporting numbers.
Present performance reports to clients highlighting wins and suggesting data-backed optimizations.
Stay updated on the latest platform changes (Meta Google Programmatic etc.) and industry shifts like AI-driven marketing and privacy updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 45 years in a digital agency or client-side role with a focus on client servicing.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to simplify complex digital concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Excel (Pivot tables VLOOKUPs).
