Navitas Healthcare LLC isa compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a Long-Term Care (LTC) team for evening and night shifts. The CNA will provide high-quality resident-centered care in a skilled nursing environment while ensuring safety comfort and dignity for all residents.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care including bathing feeding toileting and mobility assistance
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and daily routines
Monitor and document resident vital signs behavior and overall condition
Serve as a safety companion for residents when required
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality care delivery
Maintain infection control standards and safe care environments
Accurately document care in resident charts and electronic health records
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident safety and satisfaction
Qualifications
Active CNA certification in Wisconsin
Experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred
