Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled and dependable Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) to join a dynamic healthcare team. This role involves performing high-quality radiographic procedures and supporting ultrasound imaging while ensuring patient safety comfort and accurate diagnostic results.
Key Responsibilities
Perform radiographic procedures using ionizing radiation in compliance with safety standards
Prepare and position patients to achieve optimal imaging results
Select appropriate ultrasound transducers based on exam requirements
Review patient history and clinical data to assist in accurate diagnosis
Educate patients on procedures and ensure their comfort and cooperation
Monitor patient condition and provide care throughout imaging procedures
Evaluate images for technical quality and ensure accurate labeling
Maintain detailed and accurate radiology documentation and records
Assist physicians with specialized procedures including needle biopsies
Ensure proper operation and maintenance of imaging equipment
Adhere to infection control safety and regulatory protocols
Support efficient departmental workflow and operations
Participate in ongoing education and professional development
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology program
ARRT Registered (or registry eligible)
Active state license (if applicable)
Current BLS certification
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
