• 8:00 AM 8:00 PM (Daily long-term coverage needed)
• Overnight coverage may also be needed (3-day rotation)

What Youll Do:

As a Caregiver with Open Arms and Franciscan Care Solutions youll help our seniors stay safe comfortable and happy at home by:

• Assist with ADLs such as bathing grooming and meal preparation
• Provide medication reminders and ensure schedule adherence
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Support safe mobility and transfers using assistive devices (gait belt Hoyer lift walker wheelchair)
• Ensure client safety through supervision and structured routines
• Monitor behavior such as pacing or restlessness
• Observe and report changes in condition to the care team

Must-Have Requirements:

• • Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience (Parkinsons dementia or long-term care preferred)
  • Must be 18 and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with transfers
  • Strong attention to detail especially medication timing
  • Calm patient and dependable in emotionally sensitive situations
  • Comfortable with long shifts (8 AM 8 PM) and possible overnight rotation
  • Strong communication skills for reporting changes in client condition
