Field Support Technician

What Youll Do

As a Field Support Technician youll get hands-on experience while supporting essential low-voltage and network infrastructure projects across the country:

• Install troubleshoot and maintain low-voltage systems including Fiber Optics Copper Cabling Construction/Infrastructure components and Telecommunications systems.
• Learn how to read blueprints schematics and technical documentation.
• Work with industry-standard tools and testing equipment.
• Build expertise in cabling networking fundamentals and system integration.
• Partner with experienced technicians who will help you develop your technical abilities.
• Deliver excellent service while representing Black Box at customer sites.
• Follow all safety protocols and industry standards on each project.

What Youll Bring

• Recent vocational/technical training OR strong interest in technology electronics or mechanical work.

Hours: 40 hours/week overtime as needed (project dependent)
Travel: 100% (Required)
