The Supervisor leads a team of analysts responsible for processing and validating large volumes of data. This role manages daily production monitors performance and ensures that all work is completed in accordance with established procedures and quality expectations. Supervisors conduct quality reviews provide coaching and guidance and support the development of team members through training and mentorship. They also coordinate assignments address issues as they arise and ensure consistent communication between analysts and leadership. This position is essential to maintaining accuracy productivity and team cohesion within a structured operational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervises and monitors performance for teams of analysts.
- Ensures staff have completed the required training certifications prior to working independently.
- Performs quality control activities to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
- Tests new software and procedures related to supervisory and managerial tasks and provides feedback to management.
- Serves as the liaison between staff and management.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent; or one year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office or equivalent software.
- Proficiency in creating and analyzing reports to monitor performance and assign workloads.
Work Location:
- On-site in Chicago IL.
- Supervisors are expected to maintain a consistent on-site presence to support team oversight training and quality control activities.
- Limited telework may be available based on performance and operational needs.
