- Travel: $1452/week
- Local: $1260/week
Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC isa compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care in a Long-Term Care setting. The role involves supporting residents health comfort and safety while collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to LTC residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes
- Assist residents with ADLs and mobility support
- Collaborate with RNs physicians and care teams
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety standards
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in Illinois (required)
- LTC or skilled nursing experience preferred
- BLS certification preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment
