Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour Increased upon certification Shift differential may apply based on shift

What You Will Do
- Provide compassionate care and assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and mobility
- Support residents in maintaining independence and dignity
- Monitor and report changes in residents physical emotional and social well-being
- Assist with meals and ensure residents are comfortable and supported
- Ambulate reposition and transfer residents safely
- Respond promptly to call bells and resident needs
- Maintain a clean safe and organized environment
- Accurately document care including vital signs weights and intake
- Communicate effectively with team members residents and families
- Follow infection control procedures and safety standards
- Complete assigned duties and support a positive team environment
What You Bring
- Successful completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant program
- Scheduled date to take the CNA certification exam or currently certified
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities
- Dependable attendance and punctuality

- Flexibility to work scheduled shifts and occasional additional hours as needed

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend stoop push pull and lift
- Must be able to assist in transferring residents weighing between 50 to 250 pounds
Licenses and Certifications
- Certification required upon hire within 120 days
