• Bonus: 15% performance-based

• Location: Hybrid In Office Boca Raton Florida M-W; Remote Thur-Friday

About the Role

HairClub is building a fully in-house high-performance media engineand this role is for someone who wants to be in the drivers seat.

You will manage and optimize $1M$2M in monthly media spend across Google Bing and Metaowning performance from strategy to execution.

This is not an agency coordination role. This is a hands-on operator position where you are in-platform daily making decisions that directly impact revenue.

What Youll Own

• End-to-end execution across Google Ads Microsoft/Bing Ads and Meta Ads
• Daily budget management and optimization across large-scale spend
• Campaign structure bidding strategies and audience targeting
• Performance metrics including CAC CPL conversion rate and ROI
• Ongoing testing across creative copy landing pages and audiences
• Identifying inefficiencies and unlocking new growth opportunities
• Scaling campaigns while maintaining strict efficiency targets
