Were looking for skilled and motivated MIG Welders to join our team building custom door systems. If you enjoy hands-on work take pride in quality and want a stable role with growth opportunitiesthis is a great fit. Salary is dependent on the weld test must have own welding helmet.
What Youll Do
- Perform MIG welding (AWS D1.1 certification opportunity)
- Read and work from blueprints and schematics
- Use hand tools such as drills saws and impact wrenches
- Measure accurately using standard and metric tools
- Follow standard work instructions to meet production and quality goals
- Work as part of a team to keep production running smoothly
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow all PPE guidelines
What Were Looking For
- MIG welding experience ( willingness to learn and get certified)
- Manufacturing assembly or mechanical experience preferred
- Ability to read basic prints and use measuring tools
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic computer skills (email simple systems)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Will need to pass a in house weld test.
