You will step into a key role where you lead and develop the full retail operation in Sweden across all Kappahl Group brands. You will drive sales profitability and customer experience making sure every store operates at a high standard and performs at its best.

In this role youll work closely with Area Managers store teams and cross functional stakeholders to secure strong execution commercial impact and a customer centric retail environment. You will be able to develop the future of our store network strengthen our brands presence and help shape a modern retail operation.

Your profile

We are seeking you who
Have several years of leadership experience in retail operations with a proven track record of driving store performance customer satisfaction and profitability. You bring solid experience from multi-site management. Moreover you have the ability to translate and enable brands and Kappahl Group strategies into concrete execution that will benefit the countrys organization stores and its employees.

Furthermore we believe that you have strong commercial and analytical skills deep knowledge and interest in retail KPIs staffing models and operational routines and feel confident planning forecasting and optimizing performance.
