Werelooking forasummerworkerto joinourTechDoc departmenttoassistinthecreation ofcustomer-facing instructions/manualsand validation guides.At TechDoc weare responsible forcustomer-facing instructions/manualsand validation guidesfor all Cytiva products to make sure the documentation is aligned across the product portfolio and fulfills regulatorylegaland branding requirements.

As a summerworkerwith usyoullget the opportunity tosupport the team inmigration/re-branding clean upandupdate ofinstructions/manuals and validation guidesinour Content Management System (CMS)setting up productdocumentationstructures in our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)systemand web publishing.Youllalso support the team in variousstepsin the creation of customer-facing user documentation and correcting/updating information in our CMSPLMand websystems together with us.

• Supportongoing projectswith updates of instructions/manuals and validation guides

• Updateand clean-upinformation in CMSPLMand web systems

• Miscellaneoussupportive tasks to the team such as supporting with illustrationsprint specificationsetc

Who you are

• Ongoing studies withinBiotechnology Computer Science TechnicalWritingor relevant field.

• Knowledge aboutTechnical Writing CAD or illustrationsis a plus.

• Experience working withCMS systemsuch asRWS Tridionisanadvantage. Experience of working withOxygen XML Editor and/or Enovia PLM System/MagicInDesignor FrameMakeris aplus.

• You communicate fluently inEnglish and Swedish.
