Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the opening scheduling and tracking of service jobs
- Maintain accurate service desk financial and operational databases
- Capture and reconcile quotes purchase orders invoices and WIP
- Manage service job invoicing closures and client procurement portals
- Schedule technicians in line with priorities SLAs and client availability
- Liaise with suppliers regarding quotations deliveries and payments
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock ordering
- Compile monthly reports age analysis and invoice forecasts
- Ensure compliance with SHEQ quality and internal processes
