WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE
The Director Oncology Commercial Strategy & Innovation is responsible for working with research development marketing and the cross-functional team to drive decision-making for the early-stage late-stage and business development opportunities in the Oncology pipeline. This role will be responsible for long term vision commercial assessment and investment case development for a range of early / late-stage assets life cycle options and technology addition the role will also be responsible for leading / supporting key strategic initiatives portfolio-wide.
HOW YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT
The candidate must be a self-starter who is able to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and support the team through key strategic decisions for Pfizers oncology portfolio. This position will be a key interface to Global Marketing R&D Medical Regulatory PDA GAV BD and all partner functions to facilitate execution of asset plans and support asset progression through governance stage-gates. The candidate will play an important influential leadership role to foster a strong collaborative partnership culture.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have
Applicantmust have a bachelors degree with at least 8 years ofexperience.
Strong understanding of Oncology landscape and emerging trends.
Ability to influence without direct authority.
Track record of developing a collaborative culture.
Nice-to-Have
Masters degree withat least 7 years of experience; ORa PhD with 5 years of experience.
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers develop and coach others oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

Secondment7-9 months
If you are currently in a driving position with a fleet vehicle and this secondment does not require driving as an essential function of the position for12 months or longer you will be required to turn in your fleet vehicle for the duration of the non-driving secondment. Please refer to the Fleet Policy and Procedures document for more information.
There will be no change to your current work location.
Position is considered Flexible and colleagues are expected to comply with Log In For Your Day(LIFYD) requirements at site location (e.g. about 2.5 days a week in office).
Note: This secondment offers a valuable opportunity for professional growth. It will need to be funded by the secondees home market.
Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
