Quality Intern

We are looking for a Quality Intern who wants real hands-on experience in a precision manufacturing environment. This is not a shadowing role. You will be working directly with our team to improve how quality is documented measured and executed on the shop floor. We build tight-tolerance mission-critical components for demanding industries. Quality is not a department here it is how the business runs. This role is an opportunity to learn that firsthand while contributing to meaningful operational improvements.

What Youll Work On You

Will support and improve core quality systems and processes including:

Updating and organizing QMS documentation to reflect how work is actually performed

Supporting ISO/ AS documentation records and audit preparation

Assisting in the improvement of our gage management and calibration processes

Helping integrate calibration and quality workflows into our ERP system

Reviewing inspection data and identifying opportunities for process improvement

Working with both engineering and production to ensure standards are clear and followed

This role is designed to give exposure across documentation inspection systems and continuous improvement.

Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a manufacturing related field

Strong attention to detail and willingness to work hands-on

Interest in quality systems inspection and process improvement

Comfortable working between the shop floor and office environment

Organized proactive and willing to ask questions
