What youll be doing:

Working closely with your Team Leader youll help drive performance engagement and culture while continuing to deliver outstanding service to your own clients. Youll support all aspects of the FCM business by turning strategy into action maintaining strong sales performance and helping the team operate at its best.

In this role you will be:

• Driving energy focus and performance across the team
• Turning strategy into action alongside the Team Leader
• Consistently exceeding sales targets
• Supporting customer experience systems KPIs and financial results
• Developing coaching and upskilling the team
• Acting as second-in-charge when needed
• Keeping communication strong and the team culture thriving

What youll need:

• A lead-by-example approach and the ability to motivate others
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
• Confidence managing change and high volumes of business
• Drive determination and focus to co-lead a successful business
• Minimum 2 years proven sales success as a Travel Manager or Travel Consultant
• GDS proficiency
• Alignment with FCM values and a mindset that embraces growth and change
