Job Summary:
We are seeking a result-driven Relationship Manager (RM) to drive Loan Against Property (LAP) / Mortgage business in Gorakhpur. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing new business through DSAs connectors and open market channels while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Source LAP / Mortgage business through open market DSAs and connectors
Develop and maintain a strong network of DSAs and channel partners
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Handle customer queries and ensure smooth loan processing
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for faster disbursement
Maintain portfolio quality and ensure compliance with company policies
Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline
1–5 years of experience in LAP / Mortgage / Banking sales
Strong local market knowledge of Gorakhpur
Good communication and negotiation skills
