Job Summary:
Responsible for driving Loan Against Property (LAP) / Mortgage sales through open market sourcing DSA channel management and connector network to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source LAP / Mortgage business through open market and field sales
- Develop and manage DSA (Direct Selling Agent) and connector network
- Generate leads and ensure conversion to disbursement
- Achieve assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly)
- Coordinate with credit and operations team for loan processing
- Ensure complete documentation and compliance
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
- Track market trends and competitor activities
