What does a successful Military Pathways Technology Analyst do at Fiserv

The Military Pathways Technology Analyst Program is intentionally designed for members of the military community who are transitioning from active duty continuing service in the National Guard or Reserve or supporting the mission as a military spouse. This earlycareer development program provides a structured supportive environment where participants complete two 12month rotational assignments over a twoyear period allowing them to translate military training discipline and problemsolving skills into a civilian technology career.

Participants will have the opportunity to contribute to realworld technology initiatives by coding programming testing and analyzing application software working with complex data sets or supporting technology projects that enable critical business solutions. The program emphasizes handson learning accountability teamwork and continuous improvementvalues deeply aligned with military service.

The program foundation includes diverse rotational assignments onthejob technical training mentorship from experienced professionals and exposure to senior leadership. These elements are designed to support your transition build confidence in a corporate environment and prepare you for longterm career growth at Fiserv upon program completion. Analyst rotations will begin June 22nd 2026.

What you will do:

• Work as part of a missionfocused team to develop highquality technology solutions for internal and external partners.
• Design and document moderately sophisticated technical requirements that support businesscritical applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify requirements solve problems and deliver resultsleveraging teamwork adaptability and accountability developed through military service.

What you will need to have:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science Management Information Systems Cybersecurity Technical Project Management or a related technology field with a 3.0 GPA.
• Unrestricted work authorization; no future sponsorship required.
• Recently separated from military service currently serving in the National Guard or Reserve or a military spouse.
• 4-8 years of military service with no more than 10 years.
• 02 years of civilian professional work experience.

What would be great to have:

• Familiarity with technologies such JCL Java JavaScript Python R SQL COBOL Power BI Tableau or similar tools.
• Application or software development experience gained through military training coursework internships or handson projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to clearly document requirements and brief technical information.
• Detailoriented mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
• Experience using Excel and PowerPoint along with the technical aptitude and adaptability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
