We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to join our clients small care home which supports adults with autism and learning disabilities. You will lead the day-to-day operations and maintain consistent person-centred care. The role involves overseeing staff ensuring compliance and promoting independence for each individual within a structured environment.
