Intern- Project Management & Data Analytics

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Summer Intern to support Xylems Opportunity Management Process and Net Promoter Score (NPS) programs. This role is ideal for a student with a Data Science Business Analytics or Process Engineering background who is passionate about turning processes programs and data into measurable trackable and continuous improvement outcomes.

The intern will work directly with the Senior Manager of Sales Process and cross-functional partners helping strengthen our commercial processes and customer experience insights. This is a hybrid role. The ideal candidate must be located in Pittsburgh PA (or surrounding areas).

Opportunity Management Process Support

• Review and organize existing Excel distribution lists used acrossCommercial Excellence.

• Develop asimple sustainable maintenance methodfor keeping these listsaccurateand up to date using Microsoft 365 tools such asSharePointMicrosoft ListsExcel OnlinePower BI orPower Automate asappropriate.

• Create a central storage location and folder structure on SharePoint or Teams to ensure lists are consistently accessible and easy for teams tolocateand use.

• Documentstep-by-stepguidance for how the lists should be updated including who updates them how often and what checks to perform for data quality.

NPS Documentation & Playbook Development

• Collect all existing NPS materialsincluding templates communications workflows and training documentsand organize them into a unified structure.

• Build a comprehensive NPS Playbook that standardizes how NPS activities are communicated executed and supported across the business.

• Ensureall NPS resources are stored labeled and accessible on shared sites to enable consistent usage across teams.

**The estimated salary for this role is $25/hour. This is a 3-month summer internship**
