- Present and demonstrate vehicle features benefits and financing options tailored to individual customer requirements.
- Provide accurate and transparent information on pricing warranties and after-sales services.
- Handle customer inquiries concerns and objections professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions follow-ups and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure a smooth handover from sales to delivery and post-sale support.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Stay up to date with new vehicle models industry trends and competitive offerings to provide informed recommendations.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and participating in team initiatives.
