Key Responsibilities
Greet and room patients efficiently
Schedule appointments and manage incoming calls
Record patient vitals accurately
Perform phlebotomy and blood draws
Administer vaccines as required
Assist with EKG and point-of-care (POC) testing
Maintain accurate patient records in EMR systems
Support both front and back office operations
Ensure efficient patient flow and clinic operations
Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Qualifications
Minimum 12 years of Medical Assistant experience (excluding externship)
Medical Assistant Certification strongly preferred
Phlebotomy/venipuncture experience required
EMR system experience required
BLS or CPR certification required
Occupational Health experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
