Pay

Competitive Compensation. * High-tier pay plan based on Senior Master certification and experience.

Work Requirements

• Certification: Ford Senior Master Certified Technician (or equivalent experience) required.

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Ownership of a comprehensive set of professional tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level diagnostics and repairs across all vehicle systems.

• Lead the service team in technical excellence and high-quality workmanship.

• Execute complex repairs and warranty work to Ford factory standards.

• Act as a mentor for junior technicians fostering a team-first mindset.

• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to our family-oriented shop culture.
