Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Associate Client Representative to join a this role you will support the daily management of a high-volume Commercial Lines book of select business. Under the guidance of a lead servicer you will provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients ensuring satisfaction and retention. Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $50000 - $60000 (depending on experience qualifications and business needs)

Responsibilities
- Assist the lead servicer in managing a high-volume book of business ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks to meet client needs.
- Set up and maintain accurate account details contacts and policy information in EPIC.
- Organize attach and name documents in EPIC.
- Utilize templates and system-generated letters/forms to produce standard communications such as BORs proposal letters change requests and proofs of insurance.
- Process policy endorsements in EPIC.
- Create activities in EPIC and assign tasks to applicable team members.
- Order and manage loss runs.
Qualifications/Requirements
Work Experience
- 0-2 years of experience in Commercial Property and Casualty insurance.
Professional Licenses/Certifications
- Must be licensed or willing to obtain a state Property & Casualty insurance license within a specified timeframe.
Essential Skills/Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word with basic formatting skills.
- Ability to learn and understand insurance coverage fundamentals.
- Strong commitment to meeting the expectations and requirements of clients and colleagues.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to find common ground quickly.
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated on industry trends products coverage and technology.
- Excellent written oral and interpersonal communication skills.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required
