Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality critical care to patients in an intensive care setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise and the ability to manage complex patient conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting
Monitor assess and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Operate and monitor critical care equipment
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Respond to emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions
Educate patients and families regarding care plans
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state or compact)
Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced high-acuity environment
Certifications:
BLS (AHA) required
ACLS (AHA) required
