Our client is a global meal-kit provider delivering pre-portioned ingredients and easy-to-follow recipes directly to customers homes making home cooking simple and convenient. Operating in multiple international markets they focus on high-quality ingredients efficient logistics and reducing food waste through an innovative subscription model.

What will you do

• Be the point of contact for customers across the assigned market(s)
• Conduct reactivation outbound calls to former subscribers
• Understand customer needs and encourage subscription reactivation
• Clarify questions regarding meal-kit plans delivery schedules and services
• Provide support via phone email and chat
• Ensure a smooth and high-quality customer experience
• Resolve inquiries efficiently and accurately
• Contribute to operational and sales objectives

Candidate profile

• High school diploma
• Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales or a related field
• Fluent in Norwegian and good command of English
• EU passport or valid Portuguese work permit
• Clean criminal record
• Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
