About the role
Inthe role as EmploymentRelations Specialistyou will:
- Work closely with your ER colleagues in Denmark supporting HR such as Business Partners and HR Operations units as well as the line organization in complex legal matters and interpretations of the collective agreementsas trusted advisor
- Participatingin Nordic HR projects for example in the fields of employment relationsas well as compensation and benefits
- Coordinate employee benefits in Denmarkmonitoringtrends and ensuring the relevance and competitiveness of the Danish benefit offering
- Contribute to aligning and improving employment relations processes across the Nordic countries together with your colleagues in the Nordic ER and HR Compliance team
- Participate in union cooperation and negotiations in Denmark
- Provide training and tools for HR and leaders on employment relations topics both locally and in a Nordic context
- Drive work environment topicsin Denmarkfrom a legal perspective in close collaboration with the HR Business Partners

We are now looking for anEmployment Relations Specialist in Denmarkto join the Nordic Employment Relations & HR Compliance team consists of eight Employment Relations Colleaguesacross theNordic countries and supports both HR and the line organization with legalexpertisein employment law. Youwill be part of a collaborative and supportive teamwho are always willing to help each other and share knowledge. We live Ifs purpose of helping a lot both in how we support the business and how we work together as colleagues.
The role reports to the Head of Nordic Employment Relations and HR Compliance.

Who are you
Success in this role requires not only strongexpertisein labor law but also strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as high resilience. You are a good listener andable to translate legal requirements into practicalguidance andfind solutionswithin the legal frameworkthat best support our internal customers. You are self-drivenskilled at building networks and comfortable navigating both internal and external enjoy collaborating with other teams within HRand with the line organization and you take an active interest in the business and in understanding our internal customers needs.
You also have:
- Amasters degree in law
- At least 7years work experiencewith experience from an HR organization
- Knowledgeoftheinsurance/financialbranchcollectiveagreementismeritorious
- Experienceinnegotiations of local collective agreements
- Highly competent in employee related matters
