As a Danish-speaking Google Ads Sales & Onboarding Specialist you will act as a trusted advisor for both new and growing clients in the Danish market. Your mission is to onboard new customers drive revenue growth reduce churn and identify expansion opportunities by delivering impactful data-driven PPC strategies.
You will operate in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment where sales performance client success and strategic digital advisory go hand in hand.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor for new Danish clients during onboarding
Understand business objectives and translate them into effective Google Ads PPC strategies
Ensure immediate campaign impact and long-term performance optimization
Drive outbound sales activity to acquire new clients in the Danish market
Increase client spend through upselling and campaign expansion opportunities
Identify high-potential accounts and emerging growth opportunities (future unicorns)
Engage actively with the Danish market to identify customer needs and trends
Adapt Google Ads solutions to local business realities and expectations
Position Google Ads as a key growth driver for Danish SMEs and enterprises
Manage a high volume of accounts and prospects daily
Maintain accurate complete and up-to-date CRM records
Ensure structured follow-up and pipeline discipline
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Work in a KPI-driven environment focused on performance excellence
Continuously improve conversion rates and campaign results
Build strong long-term client relationships to drive loyalty and retention
Handle client inquiries with speed professionalism and solution orientation
Collaborate with stakeholders and manage complex client expectations
Adapt quickly to changing client needs and business priorities
Provide ongoing optimization recommendations for PPC performance
Contribute to continuous process improvement and service excellence
Requirements
BA/BS degree required (MA/MSc in Marketing Communications Business or related field preferred)
Native or C2 level Danish (written and spoken)
High level of English (C1 preferred)
23 years of experience in sales digital marketing or client-facing roles
Proven success in target-driven high-performance environments
Experience in PPC Google Ads or digital advertising is a strong plus
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools
AI-savvy mindset with ability to integrate AI tools into workflows
Ability to interpret campaign data and performance insights
Strong understanding of Danish business culture and communication style
Experience engaging with Danish clients or Nordic markets is highly valued
Familiarity with digital advertising trends in Denmark
Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations
Strong analytical thinking and ROI-driven decision-making
Ability to conduct competitor and market analysis
Excellent communication and persuasive presentation skills
