Job Summary
TheGuest Services Ambassador assists with the planning of internal events including catering orders guest registration AV bookings work orders and calendar management. This role is responsible forensuring exceptional client experiences through proactive communication andahigh touch hospitality focused must be able toexhibitexceptional customer service and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Support event operations andlogisticsincluding scheduling of therequired spaceusing client scheduling software ordering catering coordinating set-up AV and technical requirements and troubleshooting issues alongside facilities team and service providers.
Support the delivery of high profile meetings and catering orders.
Proactively manages requests and anticipates needs to avoidoperational disruption.
Respond to all queriesper the established standards andtimeframes and ensure all communication loops are closed with client colleagues including all surveys and Work Orders.
Report any issues with the software toolsin a timely manner.
Ensure all established processes with regards to back-ups recordsdataand reporting are followed.
Establish rapport andmaintainrelationships.
Handle all administrative support for meetings and events.
Engages in a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by collecting feedback and adopting andparticipatingin the development of best practices new tools and other ideas that provide service delivery efficiencies.
Be part of a multi-skilled team that supports colleagues across the business to ensure LSEG colleagues always receive excellent services and experiences.

Switchboard Support
Answerand handleall phonesin a timely mannerand accordingly toestablishedstandards.
Report any issues with the equipmentin a timely mannerand conduct regular testing toensure operations.
Maintain all records such as call volumes and report asrequired.
Workplace Experience
Support collection and submission of Key Experience Indicator (KEI) data as applicableforyour workstream.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in meeting planning hospitality or related field.

Flexibility and positive attitude in managing shifting daily priorities.
Excellent Communicator:Providingamazing experiences requires the ability to communicate professionally through the spoken and written in Englishrequired.
Knows how to multi-task and prioritize while ensuring consistent and elevated guest experiences and accuracy.
Ability to work with clients at all levels of an organization including C-suite.
Track recordof initiative integrity and good judgement.
Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills.
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite(Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook).Experience with Eptura Engage (previously known as Condeco) would be beneficial.
