岗位职责:
1使用合时的量检具和各种精密测量工具检查分析检验零部件装配件扳金件夹具等的质量
2设计特殊检验用的模板或者量检具
3使用统计质量控制工具来分析数据识别出产品质量问题
4根据需要调整维修或者改造量检具和测量设备
5完成主管指定的其它任务
背景/经验:
1为人正直良好的人际沟通能力强烈的责任心和团队精神
2大专学历机械或者电气专业
3擅长机械图纸了解尺寸公差和相应测量方法
4擅长操作普通量检具如卡钳千分尺高度仪空气量仪等
5熟悉CMM/PMM和相关操作
6熟悉ISO9001或者TS16949能使用基本的质量控制方法如SPC等
7具备良好的计算机操作能力 包括MS office办公软件
8至少5年检验或者质量控制相关的工作经验
