The Expertise You Have

• Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent

• 5 years hands-on experience as a Software/Systems/DevOps engineer

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)

• Design and implement cloud-based integrations leveraging AWS services such as Lambda (using or Python) DynamoDB and others

• Demonstrated proficiency in applying DevOps principles and automating infrastructure with tools like Ansible and Terraform

• Hands-on experience with Jenkins including authoring and maintaining declarative CI/CD pipelines and libraries

• Proficiency with UNIX operating systems and shell scripting

• Experience with Docker and container-based development and deployment

• Experience in designing developing testing supporting and troubleshooting the Contact Center and telephony products would be a plus

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect would be a plus

• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues

• Knowledge of APM tools and techniques to monitor optimize and troubleshoot application performance and availability

• Understanding of enterprise-scale platform architecture which includes considerations for high availability and business continuity

• Expertise with Agile (Scrum Kanban) delivery and software design development test and operational automation

• Proven ability to work independently and professionally in high pressure/visibility situations within tight timeframes
