Securities Lending Associate

Join a fast-moving team supporting critical securities lending operations including trade settlement reconciliation and daily execution of key activities. This role offers the opportunity to drive process improvements enhance operational performance and contribute directly to business success in a dynamic collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develops implements and evaluates processes ensuring business goals and cost requirements are met.

• Monitors assesses and ensures high levels of productivity and delivery to achieve planned ROI.

• Works with software and internet applications including performance issues maintenance system resources and service and support internet sites.

Qualifications:

• 1 years experience with trade settlement and reconciliation in the securities lending space preferred.

• Knowledge of Loanet / Global One / DTC / BPS / preferred

• Knowledge with the recall and buy-in process preferred

• Ability to provide support in the daily execution of key tasks when needed

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook Word)

• Ability to work in a dynamic team-oriented environment

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $28/hr - $34/hr. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidates final salary including but not limited to relevant experience skills and education.
