Under general supervision the Title Clerk & Data Coordinator performs a broad range of clerical and administrative tasks including vehicle titling preparation of routine correspondence and reports processing incoming/outgoing mail responding to phone inquiries and scheduling meetings and travel arrangements as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Process legal transfer of vehicle ownership process titles registrations and lien releases
  • Ensure documentation complies with state/federal regulations verify VINs and odometer readings
  • Accurate entry of data and maintain records using SharePoint software
  • Professionally manage multiple calls sometimes under busy conditions enduring call are promptly professionally knowledgeably and with a welcoming tone.
  • Learn appropriate key business partners to connect customers and achieve problem resolution
  • Resourcefully connect visitors contractors and customers with information as needed
  • Participate in ensuring that NGLs office area is clean and professional looking
  • Filing as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Regular attendance at the worksite is required.

  • Knowledge of MS Office specifically Word Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work on multiple projects

  • Ability to maintain stability under pressure and be flexible and willing to modify plans and behavior when necessary.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and/or holidays.
  • Ability to work overtime as necessary.
  • Ability to be a positive representative of the Company both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work with respect and cooperation at all times with fellow employees and customers.
  • Must be committed to working safely at all times.

Experience/Education

  • High school diploma / GED required.
  • Requires a valid drivers license.
  • Experience using SharePoint software preferred.
