Job Summary

Overview:
Our client is seeking an ETRM Program Manager to lead the implementation of the Entrade platform while supporting a broader transformation from a manufacturing and supply management model to an asset-backed trading organization. This role will drive cross-functional delivery across trading risk operations and IT to ensure successful system implementation and alignment with the evolving trading business.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Entrade ETRM platform.
Manage program timelines budgets vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
Partner with trading risk finance and operations teams to align system capabilities with business needs.
Support the transition to an asset-backed trading model by improving processes and reporting.
Oversee system integration data migration testing and user adoption.
Provide leadership reporting on program milestones risks and deliverables.

Required Experience / Skills:
Experience managing ETRM implementations or large trading technology programs.
Familiarity with Entrade or similar ETRM platforms.
Strong understanding of trading operations risk management and commodity markets.
Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional programs and vendor relationships.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
