Deputy Nursery Manager Up to 38000
This Deputy Nursery Manager position offers the chance to work within a well-established Good-rated setting supporting daily operations while helping maintain consistent standards across rooms. Youll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the nursery guiding staff and ensuring children receive high-quality attentive care.

What Youll Need
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years
- Experience in a senior nursery role (e.g. Third In Charge or above)
- Strong understanding of EYFS safeguarding and compliance
- Confidence supporting teams and contributing to leadership decisions
What Youll Do
- Support the Nursery Manager with the overall running of the setting
- Oversee room practice to ensure consistent quality and compliance
- Guide and support staff contributing to a stable and effective team
- Step into leadership responsibilities in the managers absence
- Monitor childrens development and ensure records are maintained
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding care and EYFS delivery
