Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in the Operating Room (OR) to provide high-quality perioperative care. The ideal candidate will assist in surgical procedures ensure patient safety and collaborate with the surgical team to deliver optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care before during and after surgical procedures
Prepare operating rooms instruments and equipment for surgery
Assist surgeons during procedures and maintain a sterile environment
Monitor patient condition and respond to any changes during surgery
Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and surgical procedures
Collaborate with physicians anesthesiologists and other healthcare staff

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
