What Youll Do:
- Own & Grow Partnerships: Manage and expand our university relationships across Germany Austria and Switzerland (DACH).
- Event Maestro: Co-create and plan engaging employer attraction events.
- Recruitment: Drive our annual recruitment volume planning and own the end-to-end process for internships and graduate programs including Assessment Centers.
- Innovate: Continuously find new ways to connect with diverse talent.
What Youll Bring:
- Language Skills: Fluent English (C2) is a must. German language skills are a plus.
- Adaptability: Thrive in ambiguous situations and find creative solutions.
- Organization: Highly structured and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strategic Thinking: Go beyond the obvious to identify opportunities.
