We are seeking an Modern WorkEngineer specializing in Microsoft Intune to support enterprise customers within a Microsoft-managed services environment. This role focuses on end-user device management across Windows iOS and Android platforms ensuring secure compliant and scalable endpoint operations.

You will work in a hybrid delivery model partnering with Microsoft-aligned teams to manage device lifecycle enforce security policies and support modern workplace initiatives for large-scale enterprise environments in Japan. This position is ideal for candidates with strong Intune administration experience and a background in endpoint operations within structured SLA-driven environment

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Manage and operate Microsoft Intune for enterprise device environments (Windows iOS Android)
• Oversee device enrollment processes including Autopilot and mobile onboarding
• Configure and deploy:
  • Configuration profiles
  • Compliance policies (including custom compliance)
  • Endpoint security policies
• Manage application deployment:
  • LOB apps
  • Win32 applications
  • Microsoft Store apps
• Administer and monitor devices via the Intune Admin Center
• Execute Windows update and patch management strategies
• Ensure endpoint compliance with security and regulatory standards
• Troubleshoot device policy and deployment issues across platforms
• Collaborate with Microsoft stakeholders and internal teams to meet service delivery SLAs
• Maintain documentation for configurations processes and operational procedures

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10 yrs of hands-on experience managing Microsoft Intune environments
• Strong experience with:
  • Device management (Windows iOS Android)
  • Device enrollment processes
  • Configuration profiles and policy deployment
  • Application deployment (LOB Win32 Store)
  • Compliance policies (including custom compliance)
  • Endpoint security configuration
  • Windows update and patch management
• Experience using the Intune Admin Center for administration and operations
• Ability to support enterprise-scale endpoint environments in a managed services model
• Japanese: Native or fluent (required for customer interaction and documentation)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of:
  • Conditional Access policies
  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Entra Join / Hybrid Entra environments
• Basic understanding of:
  • Co-management (Microsoft Configuration Manager Intune)
  • Windows device management fundamentals
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM) concepts
• Experience supporting Microsoft-managed or enterprise IT environments
