Job Summary
Cameo Consulting Group LLC is currently seeking a qualified Program Director to support the Department of Labor. This role will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring effective program execution.
Scope: Program Directors primary responsibility will be to manage and implement all aspects of the contracts requirements and to coordinate the activities and schedules of project managers across visa programs. The Program Director shall be the single Point of Contact (POC) with OFLC Headquarters and appropriate Agency contract staff. Although Contractor Project Managers will work collaboratively with the Governments federal senior management concerning the assignment of daily work the Project Manager will report and communicate all contract issues directly to the Contractors Program Director for appropriate resolution with the COR and OFLC management addition Project Managers shall provide timely feedback including a proposed resolution when the federal director raises a concern that standard operating procedures and/or other government-approved standards of review are not being followed.
Key Personnel Qualifications: At a minimum the Program Director shall possess a bachelors degree. A graduate degree (such as a JD MBA or MPA) is preferred. The Program Director shall possess extensive experience in project and program management preferably 7-10 years and proven experience in leading and managing teams stakeholders and complex programs. Project Management Professional certification is preferred.
