Job Summary
Assists the principal in the performance of various leadership responsibilities; works together with Central Office Team to provide high quality educational programs for all students; and supervises personnel within the individual school. The specific duties are assigned by the principal and the decision-making authority related to such assignments are established in the team working situation.
- Assists with leadership for building programs and processes.
- Creates and promotes a positive school environment.
- Supervises building staff.
- Communicates with community members.
- Management of organization operations and resources.
Education and Experience:
- Masters Degree in Educational Leadership or like degree
- Valid Minnesota K-12 principal license or the ability to obtain
- Evidence of at least 5 years of successful academic and coaching experience.
Preferred Experience
- Experience as a principal or supervisor in a K-12 setting
